Wildflower has a fruity taste that is delicious on anything from yogurt to baked goods. It is a good medium flavor between the sage and buckwheat. Note: the wildflower tends to granulate much quicker than sage or buckwheat honey. Warming the honey up will bring the honey back into a more liquid form.
